1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the uuok platform and all services associated with it. uuok is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms serve as a legal agreement, and by using the platform a user becomes bound by this agreement.

These Terms take effect whenever you use uuok's services through the website, mobile application, or any other channel. No person under the age of 21 in Bangladesh may register on this platform or use its services. uuok strictly follows an age-verification policy.

1.1 Interpretation of Terms

In this document, "we", "our", and "platform" refer to uuok and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to anyone who has registered or is using the services. "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, slots, live casino, and all related activities.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on uuok, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for users aged 21 and above).
• You must register using your real identity — providing false information is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account.
• You must have a valid mobile number and email address.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — accurate and up to date. uuok will not be responsible for any problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information. If any details change, our support team must be notified immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

uuok may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals or other services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. A national identity card or equivalent identification document may be used for verification.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. Account access must not be shared with anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorised use or security breach, uuok must be notified immediately.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account per person is permitted. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Using multiple accounts to improperly claim bonus or promotional benefits will be treated as fraud.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

uuok reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity. If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they must contact our support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

uuok currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from the user's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• It is mandatory to include the correct reference number when making a deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be held if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.

4.4 Fraud and Deception

If evidence of chargebacks, payment fraud, or transaction fraud is found, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited. uuok reserves the right to take any necessary legal action in such cases.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

uuok offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wager required before withdrawal is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Conditions for Other Bonuses

Each bonus offer has its own wagering conditions that the user must fulfil:

• uuok Weekly Deposit Festival: 50% bonus on deposit, up to ৳10,000, wager 20 times.
• uuok Slot Fun Bonus: 30% bonus on deposit, up to ৳6,000, wager 25 times.
• uuok Cricket Bonus: 40% bonus on deposit, up to ৳8,000, wager 22 times.
• uuok Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳2,000, wager 15 times.
• uuok Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳1,500, wager 10 times.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• uuok reserves the right to cancel, modify, or adjust any bonus.
• If fraud or a terms violation is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting and Gaming Conditions

All betting and gaming activities on uuok are conducted on the basis of fairness. Each game has its own rules, which can be seen in the game interface. Users are encouraged to read the rules of the relevant game carefully before playing.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

uuok reserves the right to cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• A match or event is cancelled or left incomplete for any reason.
• A bet is accepted outside the pre-set rules.
• An incorrect result is displayed due to a system error.

6.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket and football, the odds set by uuok are final. Even if odds change after a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of the bet remain in effect for that bettor. In live betting, if a connection is lost, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuok platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting unauthorised access to uuok's systems or network.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gambling

uuok treats responsible gaming as a top priority. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it should not be used as a source of income. Users can set their own limits and seek help if needed.

11.2 Temporary or Permanent Termination of Service

uuok may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. uuok apologises for any inconvenience caused during such periods and will work to restore the service as quickly as possible.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

uuok's liability shall not in any case exceed the actual deposit amount of the relevant user. uuok shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or expected earnings.
